Studio Rental in Joffrey Tower
Joffrey Studios are available to rent for receptions, performances, meetings, and other special events.
Rental and Staffing Fees
$3,500* per studio
* Eight-hour rental – each additional hour is $500
Capacity
Gerald Arpino Black Box Theatre (Studio A): 170 seated/200 reception (150 with dance floor)
Melk Studio (B): 150 seated/175 reception (130 with dance floor)
Barbara Levy Kipper & David A. Kipper Studio (C): 120 seated/150 reception (100 with dance floor)
Floor Capacity: 300
General Information
- Rental fees subject to change
- Time restrictions may apply to all studio rentals
- Additional staff labor, cleaning, and security charges may apply
- 50% of rental fee due with signed contract
- Balance, refundable security deposit and Facility Coordinator fee due 90 days prior to event date
- 20% Discount for Non-Profit Organizations
