The Joffrey Ballet has bought a permanent home in a new development in Chicago. In December 2007 the company will take possession of about 45,000 square feet in a mixed-use building at State and Randolph Streets, which will then be named the Joffrey Tower. The company is now in two rental properties. Its new home will consist of administrative offices and seven rehearsal studios, including a theater.
