Thomas Nicholas

Thomas Nicholas joined The Joffrey Ballet as an Arpino Apprentice in August 2003 and became a full-time company member in August 2004.
Born and raised in New York City, he trained at The Joffrey Ballet School, David Howard Dance Center, and participated in the summer programs of the American Ballet Theatre and Boston Ballet. Prior to joining The Joffrey Ballet, Mr. Nicholas was an apprentice with the Chautauqua Ballet Company and has performed as a guest artist with the New England Ballet Company, Mobile Ballet and Ithaca Ballet.
During his time with The Joffrey, Mr. Nicholas has performed in various ballets including Creative Force, The Nutcracker, Petrouchka, Romeo and Juliet, Square Dance, Tensile Involvement, and A Wedding Bouquet.
His other interests include films, music composition and production, basketball and jazz music.
