The easiest way to make a contribution to The Joffrey Ballet is by using our secure online form. Your gift will be processed by the following business day and you will receive both an email confirmation and an acknowledgment in the mail.

DONATE BY PHONE
Contact the Development Department and charge your contribution with a credit card. You may also request a pledge form and arrange to contribute in payments throughout the year. Call our Individual Giving Associate at 312.386.8946 or send email.

GIFT OF STOCK
Making a stock gift to is an excellent way to reduce your tax liability while supporting the company. Contributions at any level may be made in the form of stock and you will receive membership benefits based on the stock's value at the time it is donated. You or your broker can take the following steps to ensure the proper receipt and acknowledgment of your gift of stock:

1. Contact The Joffrey Development Department to alert them of your intent to donate securities.
2. Contact Merril Lynch at 312.269.5151 to inform them of your intention, and to let them know how the gift will arrive.
3. Upon receipt of the shares in good order, the securities will be liquidated in the most cost-effective manner for The Joffrey Ballet.
4. Merrill Lynch will document the receipt and sale of the donated stock to the donor, and to The Joffrey.
5. The Joffrey will issue an acknowledgement letter to the donor.

MATCHING GIFTS
You can double or often triple your gift if your employer offers a matching gift program. Credit from the corporate gift goes to you, so your benefits will increase to a higher level offering more Joffrey experiences throughout the year.
