Mr. Conway joined The Joffrey Ballet in September 2005 and his tenure has been a dynamic one marked by the completion of the largest capital campaign in the organization’s 57-year history which led to the planning and construction of Joffrey Tower in Chicago. Unparalleled corporate collaborations have positioned Joffrey as one of the world’s most prestigious brands: Bentley, Van Cleef & Arpels, and NetJets have all joined with Joffrey in high-profile ways leading to record revenue and publicity which included a November 2010 appearance on The Oprah Show.

A sought after authority on web-based giving and social media, in 1999 he was the first fundraiser ever to secure a seven-figure contribution via an online campaign and most recently increased Joffrey's subscription base by 50% through Groupon.com's first ever dance series offering. Mr. Conway is an oft quoted attorney with a background in tax and complex gifts most recently featured on Bloomberg Television and in publications which include W Magazine, Town & Country, International Herald Tribune, and The Wall Street Journal. His volunteer involvement includes serving on the boards of Weiss Memorial Hospital: University of Chicago Medical Center, The Gerald Arpino and Robert Joffrey Foundation, Chicago Loop Alliance, Springboard Foundation of The Chicago Community Trust, The Economic Club of Chicago and chairing the National Dance/USA Honors Celebration in July 2011.
